Join our team as a Senior Accountant!
 

This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for providing support for various accounting functions.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly account analyses and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close
  • Responsible for monthly lease accounting procedures
  • Prepare Audit Schedules for Interim and Year-End
  • Assist with various monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Assist with compliance process and internal audit function
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in Business with emphasis in accounting
  • 3-5 years of work experience in accounting department
  • Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP)
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients or customers.
  • Proficient in Excel & SAP experience preferred
  • Experience with OneStream and/or Prophix software, a plus.
  • Ability to resolve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only a limited amount of information may be available.
  • Careful attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while achieving deadlines
  • Manufacturing/Distribution background, a plus.
  • CPA license, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range of $80,000-$100,000/year
  • Start at 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year
