  • Overview

    Responsible for general office keeping at the San Bernardino facility. In addition, assists with onsite company functions, services/sales schools and supports the parts and technical support groups.

    Responsibilities

    • Greets and directs all vendors and customers that walk-in
    • Coordinates visits with building maintenance and contract services as needed.
    • Responsible for ordering and maintenance of all office, kitchen, and first aid supplies
    • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail distribution
    • Supervises general housekeeping of the Technical Support and Part Sales department and adjacent areas including training rooms
    • Works with other departments in providing clerical support for special projects
    • Works with other departments to ensure all necessary materials for the Sales/Service Schools are prepared and  follows up with attendees as required
    • Coordinates and ships out as necessary – USBs, service tools, etc. in support of service training held at customer locations.
    • Maintains ASC contracts and sets up renewal reminders to notify FSM of expiring contracts.
    • Assists with tracking field service campaigns.
    • Provides administrative support for the parts group (E-Mails, RMA, etc.)
    • Scans legacy manuals and content and uploads into the appropriate SharePoint directory.
    • Organizes renames and tags files to facilitate searching.
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook Primarily).
    • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer service principles and practices
    • Bilingual skills preferred – English / Spanish
