The Sales Administrative Support Coordinator ensures that all orders are processed to completion, working with other departments and customers to resolve any discrepancies.



  • Process various transactions in SAP
    • Customer Returns
    • Reversals & Rebills
    • Debits & Credits
    • Invoicing
    • Process/Review reports generated in SAP, E-warranty
    • Other transactions as required
  • Administer Warranty Claims
    • Provide customers with necessary assistance to file a warranty claim
    • Initiate follow-up correspondence with customer after 7 days of no activity on opened claims
    • Generate warranty credits through e-warranty
    • Arrange and assist in vendor parts returns
    • Prepare vendor debit memo in SAP
    • Maintain files on vendor debits
  • Process Freight Claims
  • Act as Liaison between Customers, Sales Team, and Warehouse for Returns and Freight Claims
  • Issue Call Tags to Carriers
  • Generate MSOs
  • Communicate with Customers (verbally and in writing)
  • Communicate with Sales Team
  • MaintainsExcel log
  • Provide excellent customer service (both internal and external customers)
  • Work to avoid errors and errors by omission
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Team Player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Flexibility (the daily job duties may vary based on company’s need)
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in Spanish or French a plus
  • Solve practical problems with limited guidelines


Computer Skills:

  • SAP (helpful, but not required)
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
