Responsible for providing troubleshooting and high quality repair service on power generation, diesel engines in order to respond to customer needs in their assigned region. This position is the direct contact between the company, our customers for service, training and parts matters.
Travel is a major requirement of this position (80% of the time within North America is required). In addition to scheduling regular customer visits, the FSM must have the flexibility to meet demands for unscheduled travel within the territory.Office days may be scheduled, but regular travel throughout the territory is required.
