Responsible for company field service programs within but not limited to a region. This position is the direct contact between the company, our customers for service, training and parts matters.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Ability to travel (Up to 80% of time)
Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from a four year college or University; or five or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and Passport
Travel is a major requirement of this position. In addition to scheduling regular customer visits, must have the flexibility to meet demands for unscheduled travel within the territory. Ability to travel by vehicle or air up to 80% of the time within North America is required. Office days may be scheduled, but regular travel throughout the territory is required.
