Responsible for the activities and performance of the Field Service Managers in the Eastern region. Responsible for company field service programs but not limited to assigned region. This position is the direct contact between the company, vendors and the customer for service, training and parts matters. Assist Director of Technical Services in developing new programs.


  • Responsible for managing the day to day service operations in assigned region, scheduling customer/FSM training, customer inquiries and reporting/monitoring of product issues in the field. Communicates with other RFSM to provide customer support for North American and other territories as directed.                                                                                                                                                                
  • Acts as a liaison with customers and Product Managers to identify technical problem areas within assigned product group
  • Responsible for reporting customer contact information, service issues, region activity, call reports and itineraries through OnContact and Outlook along with Monthly reports to the Director
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the ASC network in assigned region.
  • Evaluate a determine FSM training requirements for FSM Dept. meeting 
  • Take leadership position in gathering and distribution of new and updated technical information on products.
  • Development of new training material for all products
  • Provides timely and accurate information to Product Managers and Vendors using MI reporting system 
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from a four year college or University; or seven or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. 
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
