Responsible for company field service programs within but not limited to assigned region. This position is the direct contact between the company, our customers for service, training and parts matters.

Travel is a major requirement of this position. In addition to scheduling regular customer visits, the Field Service Technician must have the flexibility to meet demands for unscheduled travel within the territory. Ability to travel by vehicle or air up to 80% of the time within North America is required. Office days may be scheduled, but regular travel throughout the territory is required.
